首先,要赋予“自我评价”的目的

自我评价部分之所以引起争议是因为很多招聘官不待见,在简历中评价多有主观偏向,很多求职者喜欢使用一堆的褒义词来堆砌。这对招聘人员来说毫无价值。我们要有针对的来写简历,首先要明确其目的,“自我评价”是用来提醒对方没有注意到的优势,比如说创新能力、对数字敏感等方面他人难以在简历上察觉的能力。

其次,申请不同的职位要写“自我评价”不同

大量堆积出来褒义形容词并不能引起对方的关注,毕竟好话谁都会说。编写简历的自我评价要针对求职的职位来展现自身优势,比如求职文员岗位可以说自己做事认真负责,并愿意的听从安排,求职研发来工作可以说自己创新意识强、抗压能力强等等。
