酒店面试问题
应试者：你好！
招聘人员：很高兴见到你。能做个自我介绍吗？
应试者：好的，当然。我叫某某某，然后介绍自己的个人情况和工作经历。
如果你有相关工作经历，招聘人员会具体问：
招聘人员：在哪里工作过？
在哪个部门工作？
什么职位？
最长连续工作多久？
做到了什么职位？
受到过哪些嘉奖？
在工作过程中是否提出过个人的建议？
有没有被采纳？采纳后有什么样的变化？
（主要是看在工作当中的表现，是否积极！酒店的'培养是否得到效果！是否有潜力等等。。。）
如果没有相关的工作经历：
招聘人员：为什么会选择服务行业？
以前都做过什么工作？
（如果没有千万别瞎编，招聘人员会顺着你说的往下问，如果不能自圆其说。。。。。。那么就不可能应试上了，而且给人形象会极差，不会再往下谈了。）
你觉得自己适合这样的工作吗？
你的职业期望是什么？
（这样的一般有两种人：1、刚毕业的，但不是学习酒店服务的。2、有过工作及社会经验。第一类人招聘人员会考虑是否有可持续性状态。第二类人招聘人员主要想问的是能否受到部门的管理和约束）
很多问题都是随机的，所以要慎重回答。每一句话都是hr判断的根据，话太少会被认为无法与客人很好的沟通和交流，话多则失误多结果就会让此次面试失败！
