温馨提示:面试时问缺点怎么回答?

1、 根据HR水平给予不同的回答

前面笔者说了,这真的是一个很low的问题,所以问这个问题的可能是HR小白,这个情况你需要表达的.真诚一点让HR知道你尊重他并且在认真回答他的问题,就说一些无关紧要,或者把优点伪装成缺点也ok。

但是假如HR是个非常专业且经验丰富的话,一定要慎重回答,要么他已经看出你的问题,要么就是看你有没有机智表现的能力。但是切记不要耍小聪明,他们会一眼看出来并觉得你不真诚。

2、 避开所应聘职位最忌讳的缺点

如果你犯这个错误,笔者只能说你不适合在职场混。如果你应聘的是销售,却告诉HR你不善言辞,不擅长人际交往,那么HR想帮你也不能了。所以缺点可以说,但一定即能表达真诚,又无伤大雅。

这里有一点需要注意,有些HR会直接问你关于职位或者是个人的缺点,而有些则不会这么局限,你尽量回答关于个人的一些对他人无影响的缺点即可。

3、 在没有特点限制的情况下尽量以过去时态回答

比如你的缺点是比较缺乏变通。那么你可以用过去式描述,告诉对方之前跟领导沟通中发现自己这个缺点,如果可以拿实际例子说明更好。但是一定要是一个好结果的例子。

千万别以最后跟领导死犟为结局讲给HR听,而应该以开始反思自己这个缺点,最终和领导达成共识为结尾,这样会让HR知道你最终还是会尊重领导的意见,而不是一意孤行。
