It's important for your resume to include a clear career goal, But to me, if you're not 100% sure your objective section is a winner, then leave it out. We have seen many resumes that include an objective section at the top of the resume, yet fail to provide any value to the resume.
An objective statement is not necessary for all resumes—they are for situational use rather than being a standard requirement.
